On receipt of booking form we will confirm your booking.  All visitors must be members of the Camping and Caravanning Club as we are a members only site.  All bookings are subject to our booking terms and conditions.  Please see below.

All rates are fully inclusive of fire wood, picnic table, adjustable fire grate/barbeque and hot showers/water and an individual covered all weather area for each and every pitch / yurt/tipi. We are the only campsite to offer all this inclusive in the UK !   Camping/Caravans and Motorhomes Based on 2 adults sharing 1 pitch for either caravan/motor home or tent Its great if you come along with friends, if there is a second tent for them then another pitch needs to be booked separately. Weekly rate - All dates  £189.00 - Extra adults (over 16 ) please add £6.00 per night - Child (over 3 ) please add £3.00 per night - Children under 3 (free) - Electric hook up (available on 2 pitches only) add £28.00 per week Membership to the camping and caravanning club special onsite price £ 36.00 for 12 months We don't charge extra for Gazeebos, extra cars, boats, awnings, caravans, motorhomes. Caravans and motor homes fit best on pitches 1 and 2 If you fit on the pitch thats the cost. (please check if your structure is any bigger than 6 metres in any dimension) Please note: due to demand we only take full week bookings for camping. Towels) please see link page for bits that come with the yurt. Bush craft days - Every Monday during season. Cost per person £ 20.00 - £ 60.00 Courses are subject a minimum no. of 8 and may be cancelled or an alternative date offered. In this event a full refund will always be given. Booking,Terms and Conditions We require a 25% deposit when booking after mid January.  Provisional bookings prior to receiving a deposit or booking form, will only be held for 7 days. Deposits are refundable less £10.00 admin, if cancellation takes place 28 days or more before the holiday.  Balance is due 6 weeks before start of holiday, No refund will be made in the last 4 weeks before your holiday unless we can re-let the holiday in which case we will keep the admin fee only.  If neccesary please take out holiday insurance to cover for this eventuality.  No bookings are transferable to another family or person without agreement form us. Due to the nature of our quiet campsite we would ask that we ask for no noise after 10.00 p.m.  Persistant noisy visitors that disturb our other guests will be asked to leave without refund.  (this has not happened yet)  Please understand this is a quiet retreat for families and those that appreciate quiet campsites. For those families wishing to have friends join them for the week, please note even if they are sharing one of our larger pitches in the meadow, each family is required to fill in and treat the booking as a new and separate booking. We self limit the number of people on our site to approx. 35-40 people.  This means there maybe other pitches on the site empty for the week once a larger group is in the meadow or on valley 1.
