Valley Campsites in Abercastle

This page is dedicated to our pitches Valley 1&2 amongst the trees in our campsites in Abercastle.

Our pitches in the valley are well sheltered from the wind and rain so whilst other campsites in Abercastle are having tents turned into casualties you'll be safe and protected.

Valley 1 and 2 campsites are grass pitches separated form each other by a young laberinth maze we are cultivating.  Each has its own covered area with pinic table and campfire.  Valley 1 and 2 are real sun traps facing due South with their backs protected by our wooded area.  Both have a stream that can accessed for cooling those drinks and stream dipping for the children.

They are a bout 70 yards further away from the toilets and showers than pitches 1 and 2.  This winter we are improving the drainage on these pitches as with all grass pitches they can get soggy under foot but we are expecting to minimise that even more for 2010.
